Boundaries & Confidence Therapy

Holistic online therapy for women in north Carolina, Florida and South Carolina.

You’re the one people come to. The fixer. The helper. The one who “has it all together”.

But inside, you’re overwhelmed, resentful, and stretched thin from constantly saying yes when you want to say no—because setting boundaries feels uncomfortable, or even unsafe.

You said yes to something you didn’t want to do.
You stayed silent when you wanted to speak up.
You’ve been stuck in cycles of overgiving, people-pleasing, or shrinking yourself to keep the peace.

You might be second-guessing your needs, your voice, even your worth.

Whatever it is, you’re starting to feel the weight of it in every part of your life:

You’re struggling to show up fully at work or in relationships without guilt or burnout.

You feel invisible in your own life, like everyone else’s needs come first.

You’re tired of feeling like you’re “too much” when you speak up… and “not enough” when you stay quiet.

Therapy for Boundaries & Confidence can help.

It may feel impossible now, but you can learn to say no without guilt.
You can speak your truth without fear.
You can trust yourself—and be proud of who you are.

Therapy for boundaries and confidence helps you:

  • Identify the beliefs and patterns that are keeping you stuck in overgiving and self-doubt

  • Reconnect with your needs, values, and voice

  • Learn practical tools to set boundaries with clarity and confidence, so you can build relationships that feel mutual, safe, and aligned

Through this work, you’ll begin to feel more rooted in who you are and less consumed by what others expect you to be.

I’ll walk alongside you in this process, tailoring our sessions to your unique story, identities, and lived experiences.

My approach to boundaries and confidence work is rooted in liberation and self-trust—because I believe you are not too much, and you were never meant to make yourself smaller to be worthy of peace.

“I'm no longer accepting the things I cannot change. I'm changing the things I cannot accept.”

– Angela Davis

Please know this:

your needs matter just as much as everyone else’s.

  • Sessions are a supportive space where you can speak freely without judgment. Some weeks we’ll talk through real-life situations and how they’re impacting you, and other times we might slow down and explore what’s happening in your body or thoughts when you’re faced with difficult conversations or guilt. I’ll offer practical tools, mindset shifts, and reflection prompts, but always with your voice and pace leading the way.

  • That depends on your goals and where you are in your journey. Some clients come for a few months to work through specific challenges like boundary-setting in a relationship or at work. Others stay longer to heal deeper patterns tied to confidence, people-pleasing, and self-worth. We’ll regularly check in to make sure therapy is still supporting you in the ways you need.

  • If you’re tired of shrinking yourself to make others comfortable, if you feel resentful or burned out from over-giving, or if you want to feel more confident in using your voice, this therapy could be a powerful fit. You don’t need to “have it all figured out.” You just need to be willing to show up for yourself. If you're ready to explore who you are beyond who you're expected to be, this is for you.

  • Click the “Schedule Your Free Consultation” button to book a 15–20 minute call or you can CLICK HERE. During that time, I’ll ask about what’s bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and make sure we’re a good fit. If it feels aligned, we’ll schedule your first session and start your journey toward more clarity, confidence, and peace.
