  • Sessions are conversational, but not just talk. We might explore how past experiences have shaped your current relationship with sex and intimacy, or practice simple grounding or somatic awareness tools to help you feel more connected to your body. Everything is paced based on your comfort level, no pressure, no judgment. You’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m here to support you with empathy, clarity, and care.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people come for a few months to work on a specific concern, while others stay longer to dive deeper into healing and self-discovery. We’ll check in regularly to make sure therapy is still meeting your needs. My priority is helping you feel supported, not keeping you in therapy longer than necessary.

  • If you’re struggling with things like low desire, sexual pain, shame, body disconnection, or intimacy avoidance, and you're ready to explore those experiences with curiosity and support, you’re already a great fit. You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly where to start. I bring my training and experience to help guide you, and together we figure out what healing looks like for you.

  • Currently, I only work with individuals in sex therapy. However, if you’re looking for couples therapy, I’d be happy to provide trusted referrals to therapists who specialize in that work. My goal is always to help you get the support that fits your needs, even if that’s not with me.
