Our sessions are a gentle, supportive space where you don’t have to explain everything right away, or at all. We go at your pace. Some sessions might focus on talking and reflection, while others may include grounding exercises, body-based awareness, or tools like breathwork and guided visualization. My goal is always to create a space where you feel emotionally safe, seen, and never judged. You don’t have to relive your trauma to heal from it, we focus on helping your nervous system feel safe again.

The length of therapy is different for everyone. Some clients come for a few months to work through a specific event or transition, while others stay longer for deeper, layered healing. We’ll talk about your goals and check in regularly to make sure the work we’re doing is still aligned with your needs. There’s no pressure, this is your journey, and I’m here to walk beside you at your pace.
