Yoga Sessions
This isn’t about perfect poses, it’s about coming home to yourself.

Sound Baths
Lay back, breathe, and let the sound do the work.
Crystal bowls and healing tones guide your body into deep rest, helping ease stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. A peaceful reset for your nervous system…no effort required.

Yoga sessions are gentle and beginner-friendly, focused on slow movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation, no complicated poses or experience required. Sound baths are completely passive: you’ll lie down in a cozy, supported space while I use crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to guide your body into rest. Whether it’s movement or stillness, each session is designed to help you feel more grounded, calm, and in tune with yourself.

Yes! Both yoga and sound bath sessions are available virtually, so you can enjoy healing and relaxation from the comfort of your own space. I’ll guide you through everything you need to set up, whether that’s rolling out your mat or simply finding a quiet spot to rest and receive. All you need is a device with a camera, a stable internet connection, and a space where you can be undisturbed. Pajamas and messy buns totally welcome.

Not at all! Unlike therapy—which I can only provide to clients located in North Carolina, Florida, or South Carolina—my yoga and sound healing sessions are open to anyone, anywhere. As long as you have a quiet space and internet access, you're welcome to join virtually.
